Insulating Glass Production Processing
Insulating glass is a new type of building material with good heat insulation, sound insulation, beautiful appearance and low weight of building. It is gradually being widely used. Many people don't know much about the insulating glass production process and which insulating glass equipment is needed. The author introduces the processing technology and process of insulating glass and the insulating glass machine that needs to be used.
1. Glass cutting and edging glass cutting equipment should cut and shape the glass used according to its size and shape. Glass edging equipment should be able to sharpen the sharp edges and microcracks produced by cutting the glass and ensure that the glass size and edge quality meet the standard.
2. Insulating Glass Production Line The hollow glass production line has a clear vertical hollow glass flat pressing production line that can perform the following functions: glass cleaning, drying, lamination, rolling, and turning. The online automatic glue machine has the function of applying sealant. The insulating glass equipment (inside and outside splicing) is divided into 7 sections, which are the feeding section, the cleaning and drying section, the inspection conveying section, the upper frame section, the combined section, the plate pressing section and the turning table.
(1) The insulating glass feeding section, the cleaning and drying section, the inspection section, the assembly section structure and the performance characteristics are all placed vertically at the same inclination angle, and the structure is compact, economical and practical, high in efficiency and convenient in maintenance.
(2) The hollow glass plate pressing section is mainly used for the pressing of the insulating glass. It should be able to ensure that the butyl rubber or other forms of spacers are evenly and tightly bonded to the glass, and the glass and the spacer frame (strip) are accurately positioned, and the splicing pressure should be uniformly applied to the surface of the glass plate.
(III) Structure and performance characteristics of the hollow glass turning table The function of the turning table is to turn the pressed insulating glass from vertical to horizontal.
3. Butyl Extruder Machine ,Hot Melt Butyl Extryder machine should be able to ensure uniform glue, no leakage of glue, continuous glue, can make the extruded butyl strip evenly coated on the spacer.
4. Desiccant Filling Machine(Molecular Sieve Filling Machine)Molecular sieves must be relatively sealed when used. The frame of the perfusion molecular sieve must be used in combination within 45 minutes. The molecular sieve filling equipment should be able to smoothly inject the molecular sieve into the aluminum strip and ensure the sealing requirements of the molecular sieve;
5. Two-component Sealant Extruder,The two-component glue machine should be able to ensure stable and adjustable mixing according to the required mixing ratio; the single-component glue machine should be evenly glued; the glue gun is easy to clean and store. The glued hollow glass should be statically solidified one by one, and can be packaged and transported after curing.
