1： Overview
GC-BKH-Ⅱ is a high-tech equipment specializing in flat glass engraving operations. It can directly import CAD graphics and automatically generate optimized tool paths for perfect processing. This engraving machine adopts a digital control system to achieve dynamic management of each axis and precise speed control. It is a special model specially designed for glass processing by our team through years of research. The spindle system and body of this model are completely to work for glass. Machining work design. Machine structure:
GC-BKH-II is an open-top structure, which can facilitate the operation of loading and unloading. The movable bridge is welded structural steel, and the X-axis transmission mechanism is installed on the movable bridge.
The three linear axes of X, Y and Z are driven by high-precision ball screws and slide on linear guide rails; the C axis is the rotation axis.
The Y-direction adopts the gantry synchronous control method. The two servo motors work synchronously to ensure the high-speed movement of the Y-direction and accurate positioning. The two Y-axis servo motors are installed on both sides of the fuselage, and are driven by ball screws and linear guide rails.

This part is one of the most important parts of the Glass Engraving Machine. The main shaft parts of the engraving machine of our company have the following characteristics: the main shaft part is the water circuit, the gas circuit and the electric circuit, which are handled by experienced engineers with special structure, and the main shaft system structure is rationally used. The layout makes the spindle system structure durable. Control system
The control system adopts the advanced Japanese Mitsubishi control system to realize the dynamic management and accurate speed control of each axis, and the man-machine operation interface is simple and convenient.

Easy CAM application software can run on Windows 7 / 8 / 10 or newer operating platform. The software is easy to learn and use. Many functions make it very fast to import and draw graphics and generate working programs.
Irregular graphics can be drawn by CAD software or imported by graphics generated by other CAD systems (such as DXF format file of AutoCAD)

Electrical installation shall be carried out according to CE standard, the power cabinet shall be separated from the machine, and the electrical connectors shall be equipped with waterproof devices. There is a fan cooling in the electric control cabinet.
