Sealing glue continuously for various sizes of rectangle and shaped insulating glass, good quality.The "V"synchronous conveyor, ensures the transmition steadily. Detecting the size and glass thickness automaticlly,adjusting the position of "V"conveyor accuratly and guarantees the same working height. Aiming at system and beautifying angle of glass automatically, ensures the insulating glass more aesthetic. Adopts the CNC servo control system and man-machine interface operating system. Processing double glass and triple glass. Two groups of glue (polysulfide sealant and silicone sealant) can be exchanged automatically (optional).

Features

1) The touch screen interface is simple and the user operation is more convenient.

2) The system can be used for three-layer glass. First, it glues the first space, and when it is done, the rubber head will adjust the angle of the second space.

3). Cleaning function: The rubber tube (black glue) must be cleaned when the worker uses it for a long time to avoid the curing of the hose. When the worker uses the cleaning function, the glue in the rubber tube will be discharged to prevent solidification and protect the rubber tube.

4) Now model can automatic seal the shaped glass, such as triangle, trapezoid and etc.

5) Automatic corner trimming function, to make every sealing corner smooth.
