Brief Introduction:

Hot Melt Butyl Extruder Machine working on the 2 separate tables for 2 glasses at the same time.It can save more time and improve production capacity.All operation via the panel to achieve.

Working Principle

1. Control panel: control temperature, adjust the speed controller with inverter

2. Glue warehouse: fill and melt the glue block

3. Glue pump: to make the glue out after melt

4. Glue pile: output the glue

5. Glue gun: control the glue open and stop by motor switch

Details:

These two glue guns can work together and work separately.

After the system heat the hot melt adhesive,the pump pushes

The adhesive,and the glue guns apply the adhesive between the 2 glasses.

The glass can be used after 2 minutes under room temperature.

You do not need to clean the adhesive in the pipes.It can be used after heated again next time.
