Feature of Automatic Insulating Glass Sealing Robot

Sealing glue continuously for various sizes of rectangle insulating glass, and the quality is good.
The special “V”synchronous conveyor, ensures the transmition steadily and no pollution.
Detecting the size and thickness of the insulating glass automaticlly,adjusting the position of “V”conveyor accuratly and guarantees the same working height.
Aiming at system and beautifying angle of glass automatically, ensures the insulating glass more aesthetic.
Electric proportional valve regulates the pressure and hydraulic system control the sealant volume accurately
Auto Sealant Sealing Robot adopts the YASKAWA servo control system and man-machine interface operating system.
Processing double glass and triple glass.
Two groups of glue (polysulfide sealant and silicone sealant) can be exchanged automatically (optional).
