Automatic Glass Unloading Machine

Automatic Insulating Glass Unloading Machine used to unload the insualting glass after sealing by automatic sealing robot.

This machine adopts Panasonic PLC to control servo motors to precisely calculate the position. It can detect glass data automatically (glass length, width, thickness and spacer bar width), then automatic unload glass. Workers just need to manually and initial set glass shelf length, height, and put glass shelf in a fixed place to achieve common place, and stacking place. When the glass shelf is full, the machine will give an alarm to change glass shelf and makes recycle production.

Main Feature:
