Automatic Desiccant Filling Machine is one machine to fill molecular sieve to the spacer bar of insulating glass.It can adsorb the moisture of the double glazing and keep double glazing dry.It is one dispensible machine for double glazing processing.Our this Autoamtic Desiccant Filling Machine can drill hole,fill desiccant and seal butyl at one time.

Functions

1. Multifunctional system for drilling, filling and closing two holes drilled in two adjacent frame legs.

2. The machine automatically do the three steps step by step.

3. The machine automatically adjusts to the width of the respecctive spacer frame.

4. The height of the single filling head can be continuously adjusted to different frame sizes.

5. Anelectronic control device is fitted for reliable and optimal filling.

6. Spacer frames are loaded manually. By simply turning the spacer frame 180 degrees, all four frame legs can be filled with desiccant.
