JINAN WEILI MACHINE CO.,LTD is the member of China Glass Machinery Equipment Committee and the National Insulated Glass Committee. LBW2000PN Inside Flat Press Insulating Glass Production Line was produced by WEILI company in 2006year; The line is composed of glass input section, washing and drying section, storage section, aluminum spacer bar installation section; inside flat press section and glass output section

The line is controlled by the PLC to achieve automatic control and frequency control of the full line motor speed. The use of advanced assembly technology solves the problem of uneven and misaligned glass pressure. The assembly part adopts limit switch and cylinder, the stroke is adjustable, the operation is convenient, the positioning is accurate, and the operation is reliable.

There are two ways to do this in the Control Panel: "Automatic" and "Manual". If you need to perform separate operations for each part or maintenance, you need a "manual" method of operation.

The structure and function of each part are as follows.

1) The operation of the whole machine uses the human-machine interface (in Chinese and English):
The operation is intuitive and convenient, the running state is dynamic display, frequency control; the maximum speed can reach 45 m / min.

2) High production efficiency: large glass can move at full speed, small glass can stay in the storage area, temporarily stay in the storage area, and clean glass can be continuously input.

3) Energy-saving interrupted automatic operating system:
The whole machine adopts the energy-saving interrupt automatic operating system. When the glass moves to the photoelectric sensor at the end of the input conveyor, the brush, water pump and blower will start automatically. When the production is interrupted, the brush, water pump and fan will stop automatically, and the part of the occupied equipment will be occupied. Running at full speed, other parts that are not working are in a smart sleep state, saving energ
