Automatic Insulating Glass Machine can product the insulating glass which can use in the window,curtain wall and building,the Vertical Insulating Glass Machine not only can product the double,triple insulating glass,it also can product the step glass with servo motor and screwball control system.The Vertical Insulating Glass Machine with different modell,it has inside and outside press to product the double glass,now,today,let us see the LBW2500PD Automatic Insulating Glass Machine Production Line.


1.Specification:

Adopt PLC control the working condition, this production line can produce Low-e glass, double glazing , triple glazing,step glazing .Which include 7 sections, that is feeding section., washing and drying section, storage section, light inspection section and spacer bar put section, outside assembly section, press and inside assembly section ,output section.

1.2. Mechanical configuration:

1) Conveyor chain: special high precision reinforced type.

2) Conveyor wheel: acid and alkali resistant polyurethane wheel, which can be replaced in front and back position.

3) Cleaning section bearing: stainless steel waterproof bearing.

4) Three pairs of brushes ensure the best cleaning effect. The glass conveying section is equipped with an automatic identification system for coated glass.

5) The cleaning section is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the part in contact with water is made of stainless steel or aluminum.

6) The water tank is equipped with constant temperature water heating device and filtering system.  

7) The door of cleaning part and drying part is made of stainless steel door.

8) The back plate of the equipment is made of cold plate spray.
